With dual board certifications from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Wound Management, Dr. Amer brings advanced expertise in both traditional podiatry and specialized wound care.
Dr. Amer relocated to Tampa in 2021 specifically to expand access to high-quality podiatric care for all residents, including underserved populations. His medical school was the NY College of Podiatric Medicine, followed by his graduate school at Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital. Dr. Amer considers preventive medicine crucial for patient mobility and continued activity.
