Dr. Coralia Terol

Dr. Coralia Terol, originally from Cuba, graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1988. After her Residency, Dr. Terol practiced as a General Practitioner for 8 years. She resided in Cuba until her early thirties.

After moving from Cuba in the late nineties, she worked as a Medical Assistant for 2 different Podiatry groups in the Fort Myers area. Then in 2003 at the age of 40, she began her education at The Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine.

After receiving her degree as DPM in 2007, Dr. Terol completed a 3-year Residency Program at Saint Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, OH. A renowned program with extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. 

In 2010, upon finishing her residency, she moved to the Tri-state area of Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. Here, Dr. Terol worked for 2 years in a practice focused on Wound Care and Limb Salvage. 

In 2012 Dr. Terol relocated to the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. In this region, she served her patients with dedication for the last 9 years in a well-rounded, very busy practice. 

Dr. Terol always planned to return to practice in the state of Florida. Now after joining the team of award-winning Podiatrist’s at Certified Foot and Ankle Specialists, she is here to deliver compassionate Podiatric care to patients in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral locations. 

When not taking care of her patients: Dr. Terol enjoys long walks, or cycling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
