Dr. Christopher Chiodo

Dr. Chiodo was born in Niagara Falls, New York and moved with his family to West Palm Beach, Florida as a teenager. He attended St. Ann’s High School and graduated from Palm Beach High School in West Palm Beach. He attended Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, Florida, Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and John Carroll University at University Heights, Ohio. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the Kent State (Ohio) College of Podiatric Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio. He then moved back to Palm Beach County to begin his practice career.

Recently, Dr. Chiodo has become an Associate of Certified Food and Ankle Specialists. He brings a conservative as well as a surgical approach to foot problems. He is eager to integrate and treat patients in this state of the art facility where doctors provide all aspects of Podiatry Care and Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Past Doctoral Training and Courses: Through the years, Dr. Chiodo has completed surgical and orthopedic courses, some include: General Podiatric Foot surgery training at Buffalo, New York, The Podiatry Institute, Tucker, Georgia, and Central Medical Center & Hospital, at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Today, Dr. Chiodo’s practice interests are general and diabetic foot care, forefoot surgery and heel pain. He also enjoys treating pediatric patients for nail and skin problems.

Dr. Chiodo has practiced in Palm Beach County his entire Podiatric career. He and his wife Linda have three children and five grandchildren, all living in South Florida.

During his high school and college years, Dr. Chiodo played bass guitar in several local and Cleveland area bands. Some of his favorite memories are of playing at the Waldorf Astoria and Trudy Heller’s in New York City, and playing back up for Chubby Checker at the Lake Worth Casino. Today he enjoys teaching and playing music with his granddaughters and spending time with his family in Boynton Beach and Palmetto Bay.
