Dear Valued Patient,
As you may have heard, as of August 31, I will no longer be practicing in the area. It has been my pleasure to be a part of your treatment team and an honor to have had the opportunity to provide care to you. Your medical records will remain with Certified Foot and Ankle Specialists, LLC, and their highly qualified physicians will seemlessly assume your care. Dr’s Norris and Brietstein will be available in Coral Springs, and Dr’s Cruz, Ortiz and Lieber in Boynton Beach. I will remain available to the doctors during the transition for any necessary consultation related to your specific case.
Please contact the office to schedule your future appointments and feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Please know that you remain in good hands and I wish you all the very best!
